TeitoukuHaru gift - Haruna's Melancholy

Ok, so 's made me a LOT of awesome pics recently, so i offered to make something in return. He wanted something along the lines of KanColle's Haruna wishing for his return, since he hasn't played the game for a long time. But, you know me, and my inability to make something COMPLETELY serious (except for stuff like that one suicide comic i made), and both Haru and I dislike Shimakaze with great intensity, so...here we are.
